Women’s education, technical progress, etc. have profoundly changed this traditional society. Women perceive more and more clear that if they really want empowerment and to contribute to the welfare of their family and society, the most effective way is to go out of home and earn money. And if women themselves become leaders and provide employment to others things will move from better to best. And such women become the inspiration for others, for society. We, Aaiway young group of entrepreneurs are just bringing them in front of all to for their encouragement. We also aim to promote the concept of ‘Made In India’ , by supporting budding Indian female entrepreneurs
ABOUT AYEG
We would like to introduce AAIWAY’s very own Young Entrepreneur’s Group. This is an initiative by AAIWAY for the students who are interested in entrepreneurship even if they are just beginners.
AAIWAY has a vision to support students and make a change in the society that’s why they absolutely don’t charge students for any sort of mentorship. We invite young talented engineers and entrepreneurs from universities situated all over the globe to bring forth innovative start-up ideas and be a part of this group.
Students having an interest in entrepreneurship can join our Young Entrepreneur’s Group and be a part of this enriching experience. We aim at promoting the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in various universities from all over the world.
Incentives of being a part of AYEG are:

You can use this time to learn and groom yourself to be an entrepreneur in the future and have an opportunity to work as a paid intern in different teams or departments of the company to understand and learn various skillsets required to be a future leader, founder and CEO of your own start-up.

As people, ideas, knowledge, and goods move more easily around the globe, the experiences of people around the world become more similar.
Advice and coaching in the startup’s early stages are as important as the capital. Certain foundational elements are required for startups and one of the most necessary aspects is the need for mentors or advisors. Advisors provide a crucial knowledge base of skills, sector-specific expertise, connections and recruiting ability, and are often critical to closing key commercial transactions, important personnel, or trajectory-changing publicity. AAIWay’s Young Entrepreneur’s group has a board of expert advisors who shares their expertise, channels the ideas, and guides budding entrepreneurs in the right direction.
An entrepreneur can actively come up with innovative ideas and business models but for starting a company, funding is an essential requirement. The funding for startups pays for the business license, facilities, insurance, equipment, website and business cards, and most importantly the hiring of employees. Attaining the seed money from an investor is mandatory to get the business started. The entrepreneurs of AYEG, who can come up with innovative ideas to attract the seed investors will be funded. The initial seed fund will help them to convert their innovative ideas into commercial entities.
